As a Forklift Engineer, you will:
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of forklift trucks and material handling equipmentDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faultsConduct LOLER inspections and ensure all equipment meets compliance standardsComplete thorough safety checks and pre-delivery inspections (PDI)Carry out breakdowns and reactive maintenance, minimising customer downtimeManage your own workload and service schedule effectively (mobile roles)Accurately complete service reports, job sheets, and compliance documentationLiaise with parts departments to ensure correct parts are ordered and fittedMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentProvide a high level of customer service, representing the business professionally at all timesWhat Makes These Roles Different?
