Senior Deputy Head of Early Years & Childcare

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking a Deputy Childcare and Children Centre Services Manager to be part of the senior management team. Your role will involve ensuring day-to-day management of local authority maintained nursery provisions, ensuring high quality childcare provision.

This position requires a strong foundation in early years’ services, staff supervision, and effective communication. You will also assist in meeting Ofsted requirements and lead staff performance management in alignment with the council’s policies.
