A number of leading international law firms are seeking mid-level Corporate Associates to join their Private Equity teams in London. These practices are consistently ranked at the top of the market and advise global sponsors on complex, high-value transactions across a range of sectors.

The successful candidate will have 3-6 years’ PQE with strong private equity and M&A experience gained at a leading City or US firm. You will be technically confident, commercially aware and comfortable operating in fast-paced, deal-driven environments.
