A growing engineering and manufacturing business in Malton is looking to appoint an Aftersales & Customer Service Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a newly created opportunity designed to strengthen the business’s aftersales and customer support function.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical or machinery background who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and building strong customer relationships within a fast-paced engineering environment.

The role offers a salary of £40,000 to £45,000, working 40 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times, alongside genuine long-term progression.
