Venator Search is partnered with a leading Financial Services consultancy to recruit a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support a high-profile global division. This role works closely with senior leadership and the Executive Committee to drive performance, decision-making, and growth.

Working as part of a wider Group Business Partnering team, your key deliverables will include:

Business Partnering & Commercial Support

• Partner with senior leadership to provide insight, challenge, and support decision-making
• Analyse performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support strategic initiatives through financial modelling and business cases

Financial Management & Control

• Own the monthly close, delivering accurate management accounts
• Manage P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, ensuring strong financial controls
• Support audit processes and act as the escalation point for financial issues

Planning, Forecasting & Reporting

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Produce clear finance packs and enhance KPIs and reporting
• Ensure alignment with Group finance standards and governance

The Candidate:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, CA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Experience in Business Partnering within a large, complex business
• Strong financial reporting background
