Full-time, East London
A well-established, design-led practice of 35 is seeking an experienced and highly organised Studio Manager to join its East London team.
This is a pivotal role within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, sitting at the heart of the studio’s day-to-day operations. The position combines operational leadership with responsibility across HR, finance, and general administration, supporting a positive, efficient, and well-run workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Operations
Oversee day-to-day running of the studio and internal processes
Maintain policies and ensure health & safety compliance
HR Management
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment processes
Monitor staff records, timesheets, and annual leave
Finance & Administration
Process invoices and support bookkeeping using Xero
Liaise with external accountants and manage insurance renewals
IT & Systems
Support day-to-day IT needs and liaise with external providers
General Administration
Act as first point of contact and support daily studio operations
Coordinate facilities, travel, and general office management
About you
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and solutions-focused approach
Confident communicator with a professional manner
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Xero (essential)
