Lead Salesperson – LED Lighting Solutions (Blackburn-Based, Field Role)

Are you driven, confident, and ready to take control of your earnings? The Best Connection are looking for a proactive Lead Salesperson to join our growing LED lighting company based in Blackburn.

This is a field-based role suited to someone who thrives on meeting new people, building relationships, and closing deals across multiple regions.

The Role

• Travelling across the North West, North East, Scotland, and the Midlands
• Generating your own leads through door knocking and outreach
• Booking and attending your own sales appointments
• Promoting and selling energy‑efficient LED lighting solutions to businesses
• Maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service

Working Pattern

• Monday‑Wednesday: Field sales (full days on the road)
• Thursday: Office check‑in and admin / planning
• Weekly hours: 32‑40 hours

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly rate: £15.02 ‑ £16.52 per hour
• Mileage covered by the government guidelines (using your own vehicle)
• Commission structure introduced after a 3‑month trial period
• Autonomy in your role with support from a dedicated office team

• Comfortable with door‑to‑door sales and prospecting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage your own schedule and workload
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
