Product Manager – Mobile (Fixed-term parental leave cover)
At Quinyx, we’re building a product that removes friction in staffing. We’re looking for a Product Manager who understands how valuable it is when software simply works and makes someone’s day easier.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover spanning from July/August 2026 to May 2027.
About The Role
Product Managers at Quinyx contribute to creating an innovative and intelligent WFM solution that we are proud of and have fun building. We help our customers become more productive, stay compliant with regulation, and reach their business goals. As a Product Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that your team delivers the right product, with the right set of priorities, consistent with product vision and business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Own the evolution of the Quinyx Mobile iOS and Android apps – focused on the frontline workforce and with over half a million MAU.
- Collaborate closely with peers, cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to set the roadmap, product strategy, synthesize user needs and drive go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Verify market requirements that will add value for significant verticals.
- Interview users, analyze data, form hypotheses and test them iteratively.
- Define and analyze metrics, KPIs to ensure the team is doing the right things consistent with product vision.
- Use AI technologies to accelerate product work.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Product Manager.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders across the organization.
- Strong ability to formulate and communicate product vision and strategy.
- Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, analytical and creative mindset.
- Demonstrable experience applying LLM tools to product management.
Additional Desired Skills
- Experience in WFM space, absence management or HR systems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Self‑starter, willing to learn and improve.
