Essential Qualifications

• Level3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (or equivalent)
• Relevantsafeguarding and paediatric first aid training (or willingness toundertake)

Desirable Qualifications

• Level4 or higher qualification in Early Years

Essential Experience

• Significantexperience working within an EYFS/nursery setting
• Experienceof supporting children’s learning through play‑based approaches
• Experienceof working as a key person
• Experienceof supporting or leading other staff
