Property Management Surveyor – Birmingham

We are seeking a Senior Property Management Surveyor to support the acquisition, management, and optimisation of a large and diverse land and property portfolio linked to major development programmes.Key responsibilities:• Manage relationships with key industry stakeholders including the NFU, CAAV, RICS and the Compulsory Purchase Association• Oversee appointed property managing agents, monitoring performance across lettings, rent collection, maintenance, repairs and disposals• Ensure the portfolio is managed commercially while maintaining high professional and compliance standards• Coordinate suppliers and lead technical and strategic initiatives to ensure compliance with legislation and industry best practice• Work closely with acquisition teams to support the smooth handover of newly acquired properties into management• Monitor estate management activities including repairs, maintenance budgets, and agent performance• Ensure the portfolio complies with all relevant Health & Safety legislation, including CDM regulationsThis role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and experience overseeing complex property portfolios within a regulated environment….
