Clinical Technology – Team Leader (Beds)

The post holder will lead and manage the Trust‑wide Beds Service within the Department of Clinical Technology. This newly created role will be responsible for establishing the service, including recruitment and development of the team, and ensuring the safe, effective and compliant management of medical beds and associated equipment across UHNM.

The Team Leader will provide day‑to‑day operational leadership, oversee maintenance and statutory compliance activities, manage staff performance and development, and drive continuous service improvement. The role requires close collaboration with clinical teams, operational services and senior managers to support patient flow and frontline clinical care across the organisation.
