Join a high-performing EV Charging Systems V&V function delivering vehicle-level validation across complex charging architectures.
What you’ll do:
• Execute V&V across OBC, DC-DC, BMS and AC/DC charging systems
• Define and maintain test plans, cases and scripts from system requirements
• Run vehicle-level SW validation across multiple programmes
• Test using EVSE, emulators, power analysers and diagnostic tools
• Analyse logs, triage faults and drive root cause resolution
• Validate fixes across vehicle, labcar and HIL/VIL environments
• Collaborate across software, hardware and integration teams
• Ensure compliance with ISO 15118, IEC 61851, DIN 70121, ISO 26262
• Produce clear test reports and stakeholder updates
What you’ll bring:
• Strong EV charging systems and HV (400V/800V) experience
• Proven V&V background within automotive
• CAN, LIN, Ethernet with CANoe/CANalyser, INCA, Wireshark
• Diagnostics, fault finding and issue management capability
• Experience with CCS, CHAdeMO, NACS, GB/T
• Confident with test equipment and vehicle instrumentation
