We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our London team. The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting the delivery of residential developments across both pre- and post-contract stages, with a strong understanding of project coordination and stakeholder management.
This full-time, hybrid role involves working with clients and project teams to deliver residential developments across the UK (£20m – £150m), reporting directly to an Associate Director or Director while supporting the successful delivery of high-profile schemes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead day-to-day project management activities across assigned projects and workstreams
- Support the delivery of projects through all RIBA stages
- Manage programme coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and wider project teams to support successful project outcomes
- Build and maintain strong client and consultant relationships
- Chair project meetings, coordinate actions, and support effective decision-making
- Support project governance, reporting, and quality assurance processes
- Contribute to the continued development of digital and data-led project management approaches
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- MRICS or another relevant professional qualification, or currently working towards accreditation
- Strong understanding of project management processes and project delivery
- Commercial awareness and understanding of development drivers and client objectives
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage workloads across multiple projects and deliver to deadlines
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance and governance
- Adaptable and proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Interest in digital and data-driven approaches within construction and project management
- Passion for the Real Estate and Construction Industry and developing a long-term consultancy career
