This is ahands-on, high impact role for a driven and passionate Grounds &Greenkeeping Manager, who takes real pride in creating exceptional outdoorspaces. You are the champion of first impressions, shaping landscapes thatinspire, impress, and perform all year round. You’ll lead from the front,combining technical expertise with energy, creativity, and a relentless eye fordetail. From vibrant planting schemes to integration of robotics to seasonaltransformations and keeping the golf course pristine – you’ll set the standardand motivate others to succeed it.

- Astrong communicator who can engage positively with colleagues, contractorsand key-stakeholders.
- Someonewho is commercially aware, understanding how quality, efficiency and costcontrol work hand in hand.
- Previousexperience in greenkeeping & grounds management.
EssentialQualifications & Experience
- NVQ/SVQ/GMASports Turf Management Level 3 or higher (or equivalent)
- Relevantexperience and training certification to enable use of machinery.
- Demonstrableleadership experience within a grounds or greenkeeping team.
- Full UKDriving licence
- Understandingand competence with all regulatory compliance, including COSHH, PSSR,& LOLER.
- Sprayingcertificates (PA1, PA2, PA6) for pesticide application.
- Chainsawcertification (CS30/31) and arboriculture awareness.
