Head of People Services & Workforce Transformation

Cedar is looking for an Associate Director of People Services to lead the People Services function within a large NHS organization. In this role, you will support the delivery of people and culture ambitions, overseeing HR Business Partnering, Employee Services, and Talent Acquisition.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive leadership experience in HR, managing complex change initiatives, and will be pivotal in promoting an inclusive and innovative culture. This is a flexible position requiring a presence across various sites within the East of England.
