The Role
As a Summer Recruitment Consultant Intern, you’ll play a key role in our growth. You will take on diverse responsibilities with enthusiasm and finesse. From market research and candidate sourcing to conducting international interviews, your contributions will be crucial in propelling our company to new heights.
Responsibilities
- Join us in revolutionising talent acquisition as you:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment projects across international markets.
- Innovate candidate attraction strategies via traditional and non-traditional channels.
- Evaluate talent through insightful interviews and craft detailed analytical reports.
- Drive selection processes with precision and professional expertise.
- Navigate negotiation scenarios and manage high-level stakeholder relationships.
- Maintain a live pipeline, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Consult with candidates by providing constructive, professional feedback.
Requirements
- We are looking for assertive self-starters who meet the following criteria:
- Fluent English speaking (Another language is a bonus)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead high-level phone consultations.
- Ability to work from our West London (W10) office at least 2 days per week.
- A proactive, deadline-driven approach with a track record of delivering results.
- Ability to thrive independently while collaborating effectively within a multicultural team.
