SC Cleared Business Analyst – London – Hybrid – Rate Negotiable
We’re currently supporting a major digital transformation programme within a high-profile public sector environment and are looking for an experienced SC Cleared Business Analyst to join a fast-paced delivery team.
This role involves acting as the vital bridge between technical delivery teams and senior government stakeholders, driving operational improvements and ensuring strategic objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Eliciting, analysing, and documenting complex business requirements from diverse stakeholders
• Mapping ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ business processes to identify operational bottlenecks and drive transformation
• Acting as the primary conduit between technical teams and government stakeholders
• Championing Agile methodologies, creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing the product backlog
• Ensuring proposed business solutions adhere to government security standards and operational guidelines
Requirements:
• Active SC Clearance (essential)
• Proven track record operating as a Business Analyst within the UK Public Sector
• Strong practical experience working within Agile delivery environments
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business objectives
Desirable:
• Previous experience working on projects within Blue Light services (Policing, Fire & Rescue, Ambulance) or the wider Criminal Justice System
• Familiarity with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards
