Blue Legal is working in close partnership with a global professional services organisation to recruit a Change Communications Lead into a newly created, senior-level role. This is a strategic appointment for an experienced change communications professional who is confident operating at leadership level and shaping how large-scale transformation is understood and embedded across an international business. You’ll sit at the centre of complex change programmes, ensuring communications drive clarity, engagement and momentum across a multi-region, matrix-structured environment.
The Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver strategic communication plans supporting large-scale business transformation.
- Partner with executive sponsors and programme teams to craft compelling change narratives.
- Translate technical or operational developments into clear, audience-focused messaging.
- Build tailored engagement approaches for different business groups and regions.
- Create impactful written and visual content across a range of internal channels.
- Equip leaders and managers with practical messaging frameworks to support local delivery.
- Identify risks, sentiment and potential barriers to adoption, adjusting plans accordingly.
- Monitor engagement levels and use insight to enhance communications effectiveness.
- Maintain high standards of discretion and professionalism in sensitive situations.
- Mentor and support a direct report, ensuring consistent quality and development.
The Candidate
- Established experience delivering change communications within a large, complex corporate environment.
- Comfortable navigating matrix structures and working across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders during periods of organisational change.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how communications supports business outcomes.
- Experience supporting transformation such as digital innovation, structural change or new operating models.
