We’re hiring a Commercial Manager at Frozzys (Pet FMCG)
UK or Ireland | Travel across UK, Ireland & Europe
We’re at an exciting stage of growth at Frozzys and are looking for someone to take real ownership of our commercial function as we scale.
Frozzys is a wellness-led pet treat brand focused on gut health, functional nutrition and natural ingredients. With strong foundations in specialist retail and a growing ambient range, we’re now focused on expanding UK distribution (including grocery) and selectively into Europe and international markets.
The Role
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of:
- Revenue growth
- Pricing and margin
- Forecasting and commercial planning
- Distribution expansion across retail, grocery and e-commerce
You’ll need to be equally comfortable:
- Building a margin model
- Shaping a customer proposition
- Leading buyer meetings
- Identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities
You’ll work within a lean team (including a National Account Manager) and help build the commercial function over time.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven FMCG commercial / sales experience (pet or food ideal)
- Track record of winning listings and growing distribution
- Strong capability in pricing, margin management and forecasting
- Advanced Excel / financial modelling skills
- Commercially sharp, hands-on and comfortable in a scaling business
