The Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established SME contractor currently embarking on an ambitious expansion. This is a rare opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a newly formed regional division covering the Midlands and North at its inception.

Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will have the autonomy to shape the commercial function, influence strategy, and drive the growth of a business with a stellar reputation in refurbishment and decarbonisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Lead all commercial activity across multiple schemes within the new region.
• Commercial Governance: Oversee subcontract procurement, CVRs, cost control, and accurate forecasting to ensure regional profitability.
• Specialist Oversight: Manage a growing pipeline of work with a particular focus on Façade refurbishment and decarbonisation projects.
• Regional Growth: Play a pivotal role in the measured expansion plan, providing commercial stability as the division scales.
