What the job involves

• You will lead a dedicated team of Designers, providing the coaching and support necessary to foster their professional growth and progression. As part of the Product family, you will work closely with Engineering and Data peers to ensure user-centred design is deeply embedded in all team planning and delivery phases

• Your mission is to ensure our design work connects directly to user and business outcomes, supporting the achievement of our OKRs and broader goals

• Standard Setting: Ensuring user-centred design practices are followed across teams by integrating insights and data into every decision

• Consistency: Maintaining alignment of design work across product areas and reinforcing the use of our design system

• Efficiency: Identifying opportunities to streamline design processes and improve efficiency across multiple teams

• Empowerment: Removing blockers and creating the ideal conditions for your designers to focus on meaningful, high-impact work
