Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a law firm, who are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in Lincolnshire.

Position: Residential Property Solicitor

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Location: Lincolnshire (Hybrid working subject to approval)

Job Description

The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

• Manage a varied caseload covering across a range of residential property matters.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to support the delivery of a high-quality legal service.
• Mentor and support junior members of staff.
• Partake in business development activities.

Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE experience in residential property matters.
• Willingness to partake in business development activities.
• Able to run your own caseload comfortably.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
