Covering sites across the South West, this mobile plant engineer role offers a salary of up to £41,000 plus overtime and a company van. A learning & development programme, including manufacturer training, extra holiday, private healthcare and more, is provided.

Role Responsibilities

Attend customer site breakdowns across the South West and carry out servicing, diagnostic and electrical maintenance repairs to the highest standard on cars, vans, light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and construction plant equipment.

• Adhere to manufacturer procedures and processes with high attention to detail.
• Complete all compliance paperwork accurately and work to company standards.
• Deliver first‑class customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in roles such as Car Technician, Van Technician, Mobile Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Fleet Technician, LCV Technician, Workshop Engineer, Automotive Technician, Mobile Plant Engineer, Plant Engineer or Construction Plant Engineer.
• Preferably hold an NVQ, City and Guilds or IMI qualification or equivalent in LCV vehicle repair and maintenance, electrical maintenance, plant maintenance or construction plant repair.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
