Senior Project Manager – Agency – London

Daily rate: 250 – 350 (outside IR35)

Duration: 3 months

Hybrid: 3 days per week

Start: ASAP

My client is looking for a Senior Project Manager that will act as the day‑to‑day project lead, with a strong focus on scoping, commercial planning, and the drafting and management of Statements of Work (SOWs). The role will use Asana as the primary tool for cross‑team communication and delivery, working closely with SEO teams in particular, while also coordinating with planning and activation teams as required. A key part of the role will be identifying and implementing improvements to ways of working, ensuring efficient collaboration, clear ownership, and smooth end‑to‑end delivery.

Responsibilities:

Lead End to end delivery of projects

Scoping, and SOW development, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and costs

Managing project/account commercials and reporting financials status to Project Director

Own and refine project workflows (where necessary), improving processes and ways of working (WoW)

Coordinate closely with SEO teams (and planning and activation teams where necessary) to ensure seamless delivery

Act as a client-facing lead on scope and delivery

Monitor budgets, forecasts, and scope changes

Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve efficiency and performance

Requirements:

5 + years in an SPM role or higher

Experience in project management within digital/media agencies

Strong track record in SOW creation and end to end delivery and commercial reporting

Confident client facing skills with strong communication

Highly organised, detail orientated and proactive

Desirable:

– Solid understanding of biddable media and SEO. While the role sits within the SEO teams and wider Media department, this is a project management–led position; strong Senior Project Manager experience within creative, digital, or production environments will also be suitable.
