Your role is to lead IT opportunity assessments, identify and validate savings potential, and shape category strategies prior to large‑scale procurement transformation or managed services engagements. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders and translate complex data into clear, executive‑ready recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT category workstreams in opportunity assessment and diagnostic projects
- Engage senior stakeholders (e.g., CIO, IT leadership) to understand demand, operating models, and priorities
- Analyze IT spend, supplier landscapes, and key contracts
- Identify, quantify, and validate savings and optimization opportunities
- Develop category strategies and recommended supplier approaches
- Prepare concise, executive‑level presentations and summaries
- Lead client discussions and robustly challenge existing sourcing approaches
