About the Role
We are supporting a private equity-backed carve-out of an international business, requiring additional resource to deliver key finance activities across the separation programme.
The Finance Manager will support execution across core finance workstreams, helping to establish reporting, processes, and controls for the standalone entity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of finance workstreams within the separation programme
- Assist with standalone management reporting and financial packs
- Support data extraction, validation, and migration from legacy systems
- Help establish new finance processes, controls, and reporting structures
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and validate opening positions
- Support budgeting and forecasting for the standalone business
- Assist with TSA tracking, cost allocation, and reconciliation
- Support audit preparation and documentation
- Work closely with the Financial Controller and wider team on key deliverables
Requirements
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
- Exposure to carve-out, transformation, or process change environments advantageous
- Strong understanding of core finance processes
- High attention to detail and strong data handling capability
- Hands-on and delivery-focused
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Available immediately or at short notice
