Looking for a hands-on operator who thrives in fast-moving, founder-led environments.
We’re working with a scaling fashion brand (est. 2021) on track for £15M revenue this year, and they need someone to step in and take control of operations at a critical moment.
The mission:
Lead a full warehouse relocation in the next few weeks and then help build the operational engine for what comes next.
This isn’t a sit-back-and-manage role. It’s sleeves rolled up, problem-solving in real time, and becoming the right hand to the founder.
What you’ll own:
- End-to-end warehouse relocation (planning → execution)
- Managing a challenging 3PL relationship
- Stock flow, fulfilment & logistics across the business
- Aligning closely with merchandising on stock planning
- Building scalable processes in a growing business
What we’re looking for:
- Operations experience in fashion/apparel
- Background in startup or scale-up environments
- Confident, decisive, and not afraid to push back
- Commercially minded who understands stock, margin & flow
- Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-driven
