The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for the verification, storage, and retrieval of Certificates of Conformity associated with inbound trade and planned repair inventory. They will ensure all documentation is correctly recorded, securely maintained (physically or within designated systems), and readily accessible to support compliance, audit, and operational requirements. The administrator maintains document integrity and traceability, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, quality procedures, and internal controls. The role will also include boarder compliance and administrative tasks associated with Airworthiness inventory.

We are seeking a methodical and detail-focused **Airworthiness Certificate of Conformity (CoC) Compliance Warehouse Administrator** to manage the verification, storage, and retrieval of CoC associated with inbound trade and planned repair inventory. This role is critical in ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded, securely maintained (both physically and within designated systems), and readily accessible to support compliance, audit, and operational requirements. The successful candidate will maintain full document integrity and traceability in line with regulatory standards, quality procedures, and internal controls, while also supporting broader compliance and administrative activities associated with airworthiness inventory. A strong emphasis is placed on attention to detail, adherence to established processes, and a proactive approach to maintaining high compliance standards.

**How you create impact**

Validate Certificate of Conformity (CoC) data, ensuring full alignment between physical documentation and system records. Coordinate with warehousing teams to obtain physical CoCs in a timely manner. Accurately record CoC information within designated tracking systems. Scan and upload CoC documentation to the Dispatcher portal, ensuring secure electronic storage and accessibility. Maintain organised filing of physical CoCs for audit and assurance purposes. Perform airworthiness compliance checks in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Conduct physical stock checks to support internal airworthiness stocktaking programmes. Retrieve and supply CoC documentation within agreed service levels (e.g. within two working days) in response to customer requests. Manage and respond to CoC-related customer queries via KOMODO, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Support the preparation and delivery of Management Information (MI) to stakeholders. Maintain notice boards, ensuring content is current and compliant with internal standards. File and archive documentation in line with document control procedures. Update Work Instructions (WIs) to reflect current processes and compliance requirements. Timely archiving of electronic and manual records for audit purposes.

**What we would like you to bring**

Experience of working to agreed targets. Intermediate PC Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook Compliance experience(preferred but not essential) Airworthiness awareness(preferred but not essential)

Ability to work individually or as part of a team. Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends when required. Ability to deliver to tight deadlines in an organised and informed manner.
