The Opportunity

You’ll have full ownership of a busy, food led operation with strong year round trade. This live in role allows you to immerse yourself in the lifestyle and the business, shaping every part of the guest experience.

• Full site leadership – inspire, develop and lead a multi department team
• Guest experience – deliver consistently exceptional service that keeps guests coming back
• Operations – oversee all departments and maintain outstanding standards
• Commercial performance – own the P&L, control costs, and maximise revenue

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a high volume hospitality environment
• Strong commercial mindset with full P&L accountability
