James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing a Legal Solutions Analyst to gatherbusiness requirements and using a combination of technology and process change, provide solutions making the use of existing and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Elicitbusiness requirements, and develop solutions, outcomes and change activities
• Recommendprocess solutions based on suitability, cost and feasibility
• Maintainsolutions deliver quality / cost and all performance is measurable againstbrief

Experience

• Educated todegree level in Law and / or Technology, you will already have at least 3 years(combination of paralegal + LegalTech) in a similar or progressive role;
• Legal Tech(BigHand, Nuanace, Literta)
• Demonstratedability to break down complex problems, identify solutions
• Develop financialtools to track and forecast against budget
• Projectlifecycle methodologies such as Prince 2, Waterfall and Agile and IT bestpractice frameworks such as ITIL
