Responsible to: Head of Digital | Acquisition Marketing

As part of the Marketing, Communications and Bid team at Isio, this role supports the fast‑paced growth ambitions of the business. The role will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that generate interest and demand for Isio’s products and services across the business.

Objective

Facilitate acquisition business growth using a mixture of digital marketing, content creation, and data analysis to attract and nurture new customers. The role will involve working closely with core stakeholders in the business, other central support functions and colleagues across the marketing, communications and bid team to lead and manage demand generation campaigns.

What does the role entail?

Development and execution of demand generation campaigns across the marketing mix to drive new lead opportunities, generate high quality leads, nurture prospects and optimise the sales funnel.

  • Develop and implement demand generation campaigns to attract and engage potential clients
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create compelling content for multiple channels including email, social and digital advertising
  • Understand buyer audiences, preferences and engagement strategies
  • Manage creative campaign assets to connect with audiences
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance in regulated markets across all demand generation campaigns
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Manage marketing automation tools to streamline lead generation processes
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform campaign strategies
  • Assist in the development of lead scoring and nurturing workflows to enhance customer engagement

What we’re looking for?

  • Proven expertise in demand generation campaign roles
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM software, SEO, PPC and social media advertising
  • Demonstrated ability to be part of a wider marketing team in support of organisational growth strategies
  • Proven track record in financial services or professional services sectors, with preference for wealth and investment experience
  • Comprehensive experience across B2B, B2B2C and B2C models
