They are seeking a confident and engaging Customer Sales Executive to join their vibrant office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering a brilliant customer experience.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls and online enquiries from prospective customers
  • Building rapport and engaging customers in friendly and informative conversations
  • Understanding individual customer needs and assessing product suitability
  • Clearly explaining product and company benefits
  • Booking qualified appointments for field-based demonstrators
  • Logging accurate customer data and following up on potential leads
  • Working towards personal and team targets in a collaborative setting

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Previous experience in a telesales or call centre role
  • A confident telephone manner with the ability to build instant rapport
  • A positive and proactive approach to achieving sales goals
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic team player
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
