Key Responsibilities
- Contribute within a flat team structure through pair programming, whiteboarding, and joint architectural design
- Participate in a strong peer‑review culture, ensuring every line of code is reviewed and contributing to continuous learning
- Work closely with Product Owners, Account Managers, and Operations teams to deliver great customer experiences and maintain stable, reliable applications
- Take part in sprint planning and other Scrum practices to help drive value and improve team effectiveness
EssentialSkills
- Commercial experience with modern programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, React, or similar technologies
- Solid understanding of MVC patterns or modern JavaScript frameworks
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, evolve, and share knowledge
- Bonus: Experience with accessibility standards, testing frameworks, or software design best practices
This role requires 3 days a week on site.
