A leading international law firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Learning & Development Coordinator to join its London team on a hybrid working basis.

This Learning & Development Coordinator role offers an excellent opportunity to support global attorney development across training, compliance, onboarding, and learning systems within a fast-paced international environment.

The Learning & Development Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating firmwide training programmes, managing compliance tracking and reporting, supporting onboarding and departures, maintaining LMS systems and learning records, and assisting with regulatory and accreditation processes across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating training programmes and events
  • Managing compliance tracking and reporting
  • Supporting onboarding and departure processes
  • Maintaining LMS systems and learning records
  • Assisting with bar licence, visa, and regulatory renewals
