They’re looking for an experienced Account Director to join the team in a key client-facing role, leading complex projects from initial brief through to delivery while helping shape long-term client relationships and future growth opportunities.
This is a position suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll work closely with clients, creatives, producers and wider internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to an exceptionally high standard, while bringing calm leadership, commercial awareness and fresh thinking throughout the process.
The role will involve overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, managing budgets and timelines, guiding multidisciplinary teams and acting as a trusted partner to clients across every stage of delivery. The agency is particularly keen to speak with people who have strong B2B events, exhibitions or brand experience expertise, alongside a solid understanding of how live experiences can engage professional and commercial audiences.
The ideal background could come from experiential, events, integrated or brand experience agencies, with proven experience delivering B2B-focused projects, managing senior stakeholders and leading large-scale or high-profile programmes from concept through to execution. Commercial confidence, attention to detail and the ability to remain solutions-focused under pressure are all important qualities within the role.
