Location: Belfast, Changan dealership
Contract Type: Permanent, full‑time
Salary: On‑target earnings up to £50,000 per annum plus a company car (including £25,000 base salary and uncapped commission)
Hours: 44 hours per week on a rota: Monday & Wednesday 9–5:30 pm, Tuesday & Thursday 9–8 pm, Friday 9–5 pm, Saturday 9–3 pm (only one late night per week)
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
- Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Negotiating the final price for the sale
- Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
- Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all customers
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self‑motivated, and be passionate about cars. Experience in a similar role within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. The candidate must hold a full UK driving licence.
