Job Responsibilities
– Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Instagram, WhatsApp communities and so on — keeping them active, relevant, and valuable for members
– Create and publish engaging content/activities tailored to university students and startup founders who are active and passionate about AI — think tips on AI driven global sourcing, how AI help the users create start-ups, E-commerce platform how-tos leveraging AI tools, and user case success stories
– Build and nurture communities from the ground up: recruit members, moderate discussions, run AMAs, polls, challenges, and campaigns
– Identify and engage key voices — student society leaders, startup founders, campus ambassadors — to organically grow community reach
– Monitor community health and engagement metrics and share regular performance updates with actionable insights
– Collaborate with the broader team on campaigns, product launches, and events targeting the student and startup segments
– Stay on top of trends in community building, creator culture, and student/startup ecosystems in the UK and Europe
Job Requirements
– Currently enrolled in UK university (any degree discipline welcome)
– Genuinely active on platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Instagram, or WhatsApp
– Passionate and familiar with AI trend/tools
– Active member or leader in university student union or social club
– Strong written English communication skills- A self-starter with a creative mindset —
– Interest in entrepreneurship, e-commerce, global trade, or startups is a strong plus
– Prior experience managing social media accounts, student societies, or online communities is a bonus, not a requirement
