Travel: Monthly visit to The Netherlands for Sales Meetings & Team Bonding

Employment: Full-time

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Manager UK & Ireland who combines the proactive drive of a Business Development Manager with the relationship‑building skills of a Partner Manager.

In this role, you will initially hunt for new partners, open new market opportunities, growing your business to manage and develop existing partners to grow recurring revenue. You will take ownership of the region, acting as the commercial engine behind our UK & Ireland expansion.

You will work closely with the Country Manager and collaborate across international teams to bring growth, structure and commercial success to this strategic region.

  • Proactively identify, target and acquire new partners in the UK & Ireland.
  • Execute a structured hunting strategy to expand our presence in telecom, IoT and connectivity markets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound activities, networking and opportunity mapping.
  • Drive early‑stage conversations, pitch our value proposition and close new business deals.

Partner Management

  • Develop strong, lasting relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Conduct joint business planning and help partners build and execute go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Ensure partners are trained, supported and incentivised to sell our portfolio effectively.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide guidance to maximise revenue and partnership value.
  • Manage the full commercial sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closing.
  • Work with internal teams to create tailored proposals, pricing models, and commercial agreements.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline updates and CRM documentation.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets across new business and partner‑driven revenue.

Market & Competitive Insight

  • Stay informed on market trends, new technologies and competitor strategies.
  • Identify high‑potential verticals and niche segments where partners can scale quickly.
  • Share insights with the Country Manager and global teams to strengthen our regional strategy.
  • Report directly to the Country Manager UK & Ireland.
  • Travel once per month to the Netherlands for team meetings, collaboration and alignment.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Support and Product to deliver partner success.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales or Partner Management.
  • Proven experience in new partner acquisition AND nurturing long‑term partner relationships.
  • Successful background in telecom, connectivity, IoT, mobile hardware, distribution or technology.
  • Strong hunter mentality combined with excellent relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent communicator, negotiator and presenter.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
