In return – You’ll be joining a company that not only retains its staff but actively champions the progression and development of its employees, offering genuine long-term career opportunities within a supportive and collaborative environment.
If you’re frustrated with excessive reporting, unrealistic activity metrics, or feeling like just another number, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Deliver engaging product training and support to customers

- Enhanced pension
- Plus much more
The Ideal Candidate
- Most importantly – You’ll bring genuine enthusiasm for the role and the veterinary industry, alongside the drive and excitement to take on new challenges and continue developing professionally.
- 2+ years’ experience in veterinary/animal health sales
- Existing relationships and networks within veterinary practices
- Proven track record of territory and account growth
- A natural relationship builder with strong commercial awareness
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously
- Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays
