What You’ll Do:
- Keep project files accurate and up-to-date to maximise sales opportunities
- Prepare quotes and specifications quickly and accurately
- Coordinate with dispatch to ensure seamless delivery to clients
- Provide first-class customer service and administrative support
- Build strong relationships with customers, architects, and surveyors
- Spot opportunities to grow the business and support the sales team at every step
- Work confidently with Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Editor, and internal systems
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an office environment, ideally sales support
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Experience with stock or finance order processing systems
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
- Familiarity with Office 365 and PDF editing
