What You’ll Do:

  • Keep project files accurate and up-to-date to maximise sales opportunities
  • Prepare quotes and specifications quickly and accurately
  • Coordinate with dispatch to ensure seamless delivery to clients
  • Provide first-class customer service and administrative support
  • Build strong relationships with customers, architects, and surveyors
  • Spot opportunities to grow the business and support the sales team at every step
  • Work confidently with Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Editor, and internal systems

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an office environment, ideally sales support
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Experience with stock or finance order processing systems
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and PDF editing
