We’re Hiring | Senior Retail Store Manager

We’ve created a luxury nursery and lifestyle destination in the heart of Wilmslow built around exceptional service, beautifully curated products and memorable customer experiences. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Retail Store Manager to help lead the next chapter of our journey.

This is far more than a traditional store management role. We’re looking for a commercially minded retail leader who thrives on driving sales, building high-performing teams and delivering an elevated customer experience — while also being hands-on and fully invested in every aspect of the business.

You’ll be involved in everything from leading the shop floor and coaching your team, to stockroom organisation, operational processes, commercial planning and contributing to wider business strategy. One moment you’ll be supporting a customer with a premium nursery consultation, the next you’ll be analysing performance, improving processes or helping implement new ideas that support the growth of the business.

This role would suit someone entrepreneurial in mindset — a strong people leader who loves retail, understands luxury service and enjoys balancing commercial performance with operational excellence.

Customer experience and sales performance are at the heart of everything we do, so we’re looking for someone who knows how to inspire confidence within a team, build lasting customer relationships and create a culture where service standards are consistently exceptional. Alongside this, you’ll need to be highly organised and process-driven, ensuring the business operates smoothly behind the scenes while maintaining a premium customer journey at all times.
