About the Role: As a Senior Event Producer, you will navigate a multi-million-pound budget while leading complex global projects. This role offers the autonomy to lead massive international productions from a base in a leafy, vibrant corner of South London, with a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee large-scale, complex productions from concept to post-event debrief.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building deep, trust-based relationships.
- Drive the production strategy, ensuring the agency remains at the cutting edge of event trends and technology.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of high-level event production experience.
Required Skills:
- Proven ability to manage teams and mentor junior staff.
- Experience delivering international events and navigating the logistics that come with them.
- A track record of maximizing profitability without compromising on the “wow.”
