Senior Full Stack Quality Engineer

We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack Quality Engineer for a leading international insurer to ensure high-quality software delivery within an Agile team. You will help drive quality across the software development lifecycle, combining manual and automated testing with a focus on improving processes, automation coverage, and delivery standards.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and offshore teams, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and testing activities. You will also design and maintain automated test scripts (Katalon Studio), support CI/CD pipelines, and ensure timely resolution of defects, helping the team deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in manual and automated testing within Agile/Scrum teams
• Hands-on proficiency with Pega (including scenario testing) and test automation tools (Katalon Professional/Expert)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and test management tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to collaborate effectively across onshore and offshore teams

Desirable:

• Knowledge of London Market insurance systems and relevant certifications (LM1/LM2)
