We’re hiring for a Production Operative to join a lively manufacturing site in Sheffield operating within a continuous production environment.

- Panama shift pattern
- 6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

What will you be doing as a Production Operative?
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Supporting recycling and manufacturing processes
- Adjusting machine settings to maintain output and quality
- Carrying out quality checks and inspections
- Recording production data accurately
- Identifying and reporting machine fault
- Assisting with cleaning, material handling, and basic maintenance
- Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times
What will you need?
- Previous experience as a Production Operative, Manufacturing Operator, Machine Operator, Process Operator, or Recycling Operative
- Experience working in a shift-based or continuous manufacturing environment
- Must have worked continental shifts previously
