Recruitment Consultant Industrial Division. First Choice established 1994 are seeking a Consultant to join our Belfast Head Office team. First Choice are a leading supplier of Temporary and Permanent Industrial staff to both the Private and Public sectors . Staff supplied includes Production/Manufacturing/Drivers/Catering/Domestic and Ancillary Staff. The role will involve responsibility for Our Southern Division which covers Clients in Newry/ Lurgan and Dungannon across to Enniskillen. you will be responsible for the existing clients and tasked to service them as well as seeking to develop First Choice Clients across this region. Daily Duties will include Placing Recruitment Adverts Liasing with Client Companies Recruiting Industrial Staff Managing Workforce Marketing First Choice Services Client Site Visits Job Fairs and Recruitment Events Own Transport is an essential part of being able to fulfil requirements of this position Applicants should come from a Sales or Customer Service Background and have the ability to be self motivated to grow and expand the Service. You will be fully Trained and work as part of a Larger Recruitment Team. This is an opportunity to build on an Existing Client base with full support from existing Team.
