About Us

Physiowork is a growing physiotherapy and healthcare provider with experience delivering high-quality MSK and FCP services. We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager who understands the Primary Care Network (PCN) landscape and can help us secure new FCP contracts.

The Role

We need someone who already has experience working with or alongside PCN Managers, GP practices, Primary Care Networks, and NHS stakeholders, and who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and convert opportunities into live contracts.

This is not a general sales role. We are specifically looking for someone who understands the FCP model, the pressures within primary care, and how to position a reliable provider to decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new FCP contract opportunities across the UK
  • Build relationships with PCN Managers, Practice Managers, GP Partners, and other key NHS stakeholders
  • Arrange meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions
  • Represent Physiowork professionally and confidently in front of decision-makers
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential contracts
  • Support tendering, proposals, follow-up, and contract negotiation
  • Advise on the best commercial approach to win and retain PCN/FCP work
  • Help expand our network and strengthen our presence in primary care

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in winning or supporting the acquisition of FCP / NHS / PCN contracts
  • Strong understanding of Primary Care Networks and how PCN decision-making works
  • Experience dealing directly with PCN Managers and GP practices
  • Existing network of relevant contacts would be a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, commercially minded, and results-driven
  • Healthcare, NHS, MSK, physiotherapy, or primary care background preferred

Ideal Candidate

You may have worked in:

  • Healthcare business development
  • NHS partnership development
  • Primary care relationship management
  • FCP/MSK service expansion
  • PCN account management

Why Join Us

  • Opportunity to work with an ambitious and growing healthcare provider
  • Flexible working
  • High-impact role with real room for growth
  • Competitive package with performance-based incentives

How to Apply

Please apply with your CV and a short message outlining:

  1. Your experience with FCP / PCN / NHS contract development
  2. Examples of contracts or partnerships you have helped secure
  3. Your experience working with PCN Managers or GP decision-makers
  • If you understand the FCP market and know how to build relationships that convert into contracts, we would love to hear from you.
