Senior Legal Counsel – Data and Technology
This role is with a multimodal media organisation seeking a data protection lawyer with a background in privacy, general risk, and compliance.
The role will focus on data, privacy, tech, AI projects, and emerging technology.
Salary around £140,000 with a hybrid working model in London.
Responsibilities
- Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) and Data Mapping
- Data Protection Impact Assessments
- Transfer Impact Assessment
- Data Sharing and Processing Agreements
- Data Privacy Compliance
- Data breach response
- Reviewing and negotiating agreements with technology partners
- AI and technology compliance
- Advising on AdTech, promotional and marketing campaigns, and various advertising matters
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of AdTech
- Legal background in Media and Technology
