We’re hiring someone who wants to get into recruitment and is ready to put the work in. No prior recruitment experience needed.

What you’ll be doing

• Building client relationships through business development and outreach
• Sourcing and engaging candidates within your specialist IT market
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial brief through to placement
• Keeping on top of your pipeline, your activity and your targets

What we’re looking for

• 6 months minimum in a sales or customer-facing environment
• Confident, commercially minded and comfortable on the phone
• Results and financially motivated
• Looking for a long-term career

What’s on offer

• Base salary from £26,000 + up to 35% uncapped commission
• OTE Year 1: £30,000-£40,000 | Year 3-5: £60,000-£100,000+
