Strategic Account Director | Brand/Retail Comms | Leeds (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a heavy-hitting Strategic Account Director to lead the charge for one of our top agency clients.

This isn’t just about managing a desk—it’s about being the ‘glue’ that holds high-level strategy and creative excellence together for major names in Fashion, FMCG, Sports, and Lifestyle.

The Brief:

• Lead: Drive growth and unlock new opportunities for key clients.
• Strategise: Deliver cultural insights and strategic direction that actually moves the needle.
• Mentor: Inspire and coach a high-performing team of creatives and account handlers.
• Manage: Complete commercial ownership—revenue, budgeting, and forecasting.

The Ideal ‘Type’:

• Experience: some senior experience in brand/retail comms (agency or client-side).
• Sector Knowledge: You know the retail, fashion, and/or lifestyle landscapes inside out. You know how toolkits work.
• DNA: High emotional intelligence, decisive under pressure, and a natural builder of senior-level trust.
