Job Title: Electrical Engineer
To provide technical support in the correction, prevention and elimination of technical problems for the site and work with production during factory start up. Responsible that the company Health, Safety, Environment and Hygiene policies are adhered to. Responsible for data entry on to Holistech for all parts used & jobs raised & completed. Responsible for housekeeping of all workshop areas. Responsible for your own engineering handback procedures. Ensure all work is carried out to specification and that food safety standards are met. Demonstrate a clear teamwork ethos with the Engineering department and across other departments. Respond promptly and effectively to ensure quick resolution to any issues to minimize any downtime, quality and efficiency problems. Understand and contribute using a range of risk assessment techniques in order to ensure safety of plant, equipment and people. Support a culture that enhances behavioural awareness of quality, safety and the environment. The candidate should have an understanding of engineering requirements and preferred if they have experience in an FMCG chilled environment. A good aptitude / understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering. Competent IT/Computer skills including Holistech literate.
